Return & Refund Policy

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

As our items are mostly limited edition or intended for spiritual/personal use, sale items, ritual cloths, and tarot mats are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

All items are prepared or packed only after payment is confirmed. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled or modified once payment is made. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

Orders will be shipped within 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services in your country.

Free NZ shipping will apply to orders over NZ$50. Shipping costs for smaller orders will be calculated at checkout.

Orders are shipped via NZ Post Economy Tracked.

Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days.

Free shipping on orders over NZ$150.

For orders under NZ$150, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Workshop Terms & Cancellation Policy
Before registering, please read the following cancellation and reschedule terms:

If the workshop is cancelled or postponed due to weather, venue issues, or low attendance, you’ll be notified at least 1–2 days in advance. You can choose a full refund or reschedule to a future session.

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours before the event. You may transfer your spot to someone else or request a reschedule.
-
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable (unless under special circumstances, at the organizer’s discretion).

In the case of extreme weather or emergencies on the event day, the session will be postponed. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a refund or new date.

如因天氣惡劣、場地問題或人數不足等原因需取消或延期,主辦方將提前1–2天通知,並提供全額退款或改期參加之選擇。
