• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

• As our items are mostly limited edition or intended for spiritual/personal use, sale items, ritual cloths, and tarot mats are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Free NZ shipping will apply to orders over NZ$50. Shipping costs for smaller orders will be calculated at checkout.

• Orders are shipped via NZ Post Economy Tracked.

• Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days.

🌍 International

• Free shipping on orders over NZ$150.

• For orders under NZ$150, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.

• Orders are shipped via NZ Post International Tracked.

• Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days, depending on location.

• A tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your parcel.

• 客人可使用 tracking number 查詢運送進度

Before registering, please read the following cancellation and reschedule terms:

• If the workshop is cancelled or postponed due to weather, venue issues, or low attendance, you’ll be notified at least 1–2 days in advance. You can choose a full refund or reschedule to a future session.

• If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours before the event. You may transfer your spot to someone else or request a reschedule.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable (unless under special circumstances, at the organizer’s discretion).

• In the case of extreme weather or emergencies on the event day, the session will be postponed. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a refund or new date.
